Occasionally there is an innovation in the fishing industry that really makes a difference to angler’s results. Swim feeders had a huge effect on match fishing, and the hair rig on carp fishing. Now there is the L-I-L-O system from Pallatrax, used in conjunction with their StonzeTM weights it has changed the face of barbel angling, with the capture of many record barbel from some of the countries most difficult venues.
The L-I-L-O system (Line In Line Out) has taken rig camouflage into a whole new dimension. Not only has it fooled some of the countries biggest barbel, but many species of other fish also.

WHY IS THE L-I-L-O SYSTEM SO SUCCESSFUL?

All fish are masters of their own environment, and they have acute senses that enable them to detect when something is not quite right. The L-I-L-O system has reduced the amount of terminal tackle that is not only visible to the fish, but because it is all hidden within the natural StonzeTM weight there is less chance they will sense, that they are being fished for, and become spooked.

HOW TO USE THE L-I-L-O SYSTEM

To successfully fish the L-I-L-O system you will need the following Pallatrax products, an inline StonzeTM weight (size to suit the fishing conditions) a L-I-L-O sleeve and either a mini line in line out swivel, or a mini line in line out clip swivel. (Please note that all our mini swivels are all rated to 42lbs) Inset the L-I-L-O sleeve into the inline StonzeTM and then trim off the excess sleeve flush to the inline StonzeTM weight. Next thread your mainline through the L-I-L-O sleeve and attach the L-I-L-O swivel or L-I-L-O clip swivel. Attach your hook link and pull the swivel completely inside the L-I-L-O sleeve, now you are ready to fish the record breaking L-I-L-O system from Pallatrax.

The Backstonze
To achieve even better results try using a small Pallatrax Backstonze as a flying back weight. Position the backstonze on your mainline a few feet above your terminal tackle, this greatly reduces the chances of the fish spooking on your mainline which has been even further pinned down to the bottom of the river bed or lake.
