SHIPPING AND HANDLING

The shop will calculate your postage for you but below are some examples.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders that are received after the cut off time on Friday will not be sent out until the Monday as we have no collection on weekends.  This applies especially to orders that have frozen items within it.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED


All items bar-coded with tracking number so it is fully tracked from despatch to delivery. Customers have complete visibility so you can see exactly where your items are. A signature will be required. Also available is SMS or Email notification so you can track your parcel. Parcels can be addressed to anywhere in the UK including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man. Parcels addressed to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man will be tracked up to acceptance into the territory. With a Quality of Service target of 97.5% delivered by the agreed day, Royal Mail has consistently been exceeding 98%. We aim to deliver your parcel within 48 hours with the following exceptions. Parcels addressed to the following postcodes HS, KW, ZE2, ZE3, JE, GY, and IM should be delivered within three days. To ensure you know the status of your parcel at all key stages, Royal Mail Tracked provides the following track points:
Track 1 is created at the point of despatch when the parcel label is generated.
Track 2 occurs when processed at the Royal Mail processing mail centre.
Track 3 is created at the Inward Mail Centre by 7.00am on the due delivery day.
Track 4 marks the arrival in the Delivery Office and is available by 10.30am on the due delivery date.
Track 5 occurs at the delivery address when delivery of the parcel is attempted. This track is available within 15 minutes of delivery.
Additional tracks:
If a parcel is not successfully delivered it is returned to the Delivery Office, a note is left for the recipient, the parcel is tracked at the Delivery Office and made available for customer collection.
In the event of a parcel not being successfully delivered or collected within 14 calendar days, a final track is taken prior to the parcel being returned to the sender.

FED-EX COURIER

We offer a Premium Courier which provides the UK with Next Day road distribution, logistics services and an established national pick-up and delivery network . Fed Ex is recognised as the UK’s number one on delivery service for reliability, flexibility and customer service.

Once your order has been placed we will despatch accordingly and you will be sent an email or SMS with your tracking number so you can trace your parcel to your door.

New Courier Bag Rate: Fed Ex use bags that can be used to transport items the Next Day from parts of end tackle, small items of clothing, bait and small items of luggage.

All other bulk items will be charged dependant on weight, price, volume and destination. If your order should exceed the total weight or value restrictions then you can either call us on 01582 453542 or click on the online quote button found at the top of our online shop. Once calculated, we will inform you of the price including the shipping costs.

We can offer a variety of services providing fast, insured delivery to anywhere in the world. The delivery time and charge for international orders depends on the destination, weight, value and size of the order. If you require sending a payment of cash or postal orders by post, please send them by Royal Mail Special Delivery to be signed for at Leslie's of Luton.

CHEQUES
If you are sending a payment by cheque, please make your cheques payable to Leslies of Luton Ltd, please write your address, home telephone number, and cheque card number and expiry date on the reverse side of the cheque.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If any item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock for any reason, we will do our best to contact you. If we are unable to do so we will ask you to reorder at a later date or offer an alternative product. We hope this will be satisfactory to all our customers.

DISPATCH
We aim to despatch all orders on the same day if we receive the order before 3.00pm. United Kingdom orders will be sent via Royal Mail or our contracted courier companies. Orders from outside the United Kingdom will be despatched to the customer's requirements.
Orders of over £250.00 in value ordered on a Friday will not be sent out for delivery until Monday.

VAT SALES
All the prices in our catalogue are inclusive of VAT @ 20%, if you are ordering from the Channel Islands or outside the European Union, you can deduct the VAT by deducting the total, excluding postage, by 16.55%, then add the postal service that you require. For further information on this matter please contact our Mail Order Manager who will be delighted to help you work out the calculations.

RETURNING OF GOODS
We are happy to cancel, exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they are returned to us in original condition and have not been used or altered in any way, within seven working days. Under these circumstances the postal charges will not be refunded. If we have made an error with your order or have sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges occurred by the customer.
