The fast action of this rod allows you to pitch a bait at very low trajectory to guarantee the minimal splashdown of the bait which otherwise would easily spook these grey ghosts. The fast tip gives a fantastic pick up of line for a quick strike as the fun begins when one of these torpedoes streaks off across the flats.
