FOX V JIG XT TREK 6ft 6in 500/700g - CATALOGUE CODE KRD020 Like its lighter partner the V-Jig XT Trek is 6ft 6ins in length and incorporates all of the features including Fox Sliks Guides, Fuji reel fitting and the all important Gimbal.
However this model is substantially more powerful and ideally suited to be fished with a 50 size multiplier or conventional reel loaded with 30 to 80 lb breaking strain braid. This rod has an amazing amount of hidden power and during testing has successfully counted for several species well over 100 lb fishing in waters in excess of 300 metres deep. The V-Jig XT is ideally suited for those monster jigs up to 700 grams in weight which is essential for fishing in extreme depths and strong tides.
